SystemCleaner license purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not the right fit, contact support and we will help.
Licenses
Pro, Family, and Founder license purchases are covered. Optional donations are not license purchases and are normally not refundable unless there was a payment mistake.
Email support
Email support@systemcleaner.xyz with your order email, PayPal transaction ID, and license key if you activated one.
Timing
Approved refunds are submitted through PayPal. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund after PayPal processes it.
After a refund
Refunded licenses should be deactivated and may stop receiving support or transfer assistance. If you later decide to use SystemCleaner again, purchase a new license.
